Browsing and measurement

Our hosting and analytics services process page addresses, visit times, referral and campaign information, browser and device information, IP addresses and approximate location derived from network information. We use this information to operate the website, understand readership, measure advertising and detect abuse. Cookies and browser storage may hold visit identifiers, preferences and whether a newsletter prompt has been dismissed.

Google advertising and analytics

We use Google AdSense to display ads and Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, visible flyer reading, traffic sources and advertising performance. Analytics event retention is set to 14 months. We export event data to our Google Cloud project for reporting; reported revenue per visitor is an aggregate or estimate, not a direct measurement of each person’s earnings. We also use Google services for hosting. Google and other third-party advertising vendors may place and read cookies, use web beacons and process IP addresses or other identifiers. Advertising cookies can enable ads based on visits to this and other websites. Depending on consent and available settings, ads may be personalised or non-personalised.

Email updates

If you subscribe, we store your email address, the site, signup time and the page where you signed up in private cloud storage. Your email is not included in the public site configuration or the browser analytics signup event. We use signup information to manage requests for flyer updates. To withdraw your request or ask for deletion, contact hello@europianmedia.com from the subscribed address. We may need to verify that you control the address before acting.

Service providers and storage

Google Cloud provides hosting, data storage and analytics infrastructure. Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Advertising providers process information under their own privacy terms. Contact us for questions about stored information, retention, access, correction or deletion; technical and legal limits may affect what can be removed from operational records and backups.

Your choices

Use the consent message where available and our cookie settings page, advertising-provider controls or browser controls to manage storage and advertising choices.
